Emphasis Tattoo LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using this website you consent to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Booking form information: When you submit our booking form, we collect your name, email, phone number, the artist you selected, the tattoo description and placement, your stated budget, color/cover-up preferences, an optional referrer, and any reference photos you upload. This information is used only to evaluate, schedule, and complete your tattoo booking.

SMS opt-in data: If you check the consent box on the booking form, your phone number and the consent record (timestamp, IP address, and consent text version) are stored so we can send appointment-related text messages and occasional marketing communications, and to give us an auditable record of your consent.

Automatic information: When you visit this site we automatically collect standard web log information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source — used to monitor performance and protect against abuse.

How we use information

• To respond to booking inquiries, schedule appointments, and quote work.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups by email and SMS (when you've opted in).
• To occasionally share flash drops, shop news, and promotions by SMS (when you've opted in — you can stop anytime by replying STOP).
• To improve the site, detect abuse, and comply with the law.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share the booking form contents only with the artist you've selected (or the routing person if you picked Best Fit / Earliest Availability) so they can schedule and quote your work.

SMS opt-in data is never shared or sold to any third party for marketing purposes. Your phone number and consent record stay with us, unless required by law.

Reference photo storage

Reference images you upload through the booking form are stored on our secure infrastructure for the duration needed to plan and complete your tattoo, then deleted on a rolling basis. We do not publish or share your reference photos.

Data security

We use industry-standard security to protect your information in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard what you give us.

Your rights

You can ask us to update or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing booking@emphasistattoo.com. You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or texting HELP to 1-800-TATTOOS.

Children

This site is not intended for and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Florida state law requires tattoo clients to be 18+.

Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted to this page.
